By placing an order with Neil Research Laboratories, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Pricing
Neil Research Laboratories shall be entitled to alter its prices as needed to account for changes in product cost and supply factors. Prices quoted do not include cost of freight, which will be charged to the customer.
Products
Due to technical issues, minor cosmetic and design variations may occur during production between items displayed on this website and in brochures and actual of goods. Neil Research Laboratories will endeavour to represent its products accurately, but will not be responsible for any minor cosmetic and design variations which may occur. All products are supplied subject to availability.
Payment
Unless an account has been previously authorized by Neil Research Laboratories, goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. The purchase price payable by account holders shall be paid to Neil Research Laboratories. Payment will not be accepted by any means other than cash, cheque, direct credit or credit card. Corporate accounts are Net 30, and interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month. Any expenses or costs incurred by Neil Research Laboratories in recovering any outstanding amounts, including collection agency fees, shall be paid by the customer.
Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address stated on the order form. We will not be responsible for any part or non-delivery, or delay in the delivery of the goods that occurs beyond our control. We shall not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.
Terms & Conditions
Neil Research Laboratories may from time to time and in its sole discretion amend, add to or delete any of the terms of these terms and conditions. In making any alteration to these terms and conditions, Neil Research Laboratories will advise in writing any alteration to its customers who hold a corporate account with Neil Research Laboratories. The terms and conditions posted on our website will be deemed to be the prevailing terms and conditions at all times.
