In accordance with the Privacy Act the customer authorises Neil Research Laboratories to collect, retain and use personal information about the customer for the following purposes only:
a) marketing of goods and services provided by Neil Research Laboratories to the customer
b) where necessary, to determine relevant creditworthiness
c) where necessary, disclosure to a third party for the purpose of recovering amounts payable by the customer to Neil Research Laboratories
If the customer is an individual, the customer has a right of access to information about the customer held by Neil Research Laboratories. The customer may request correction of any information held, and may require that the request be held with the information. The customer may request in writing to Neil Research Laboratories to be removed from any direct mailing lists held by Neil Research Laboratories. We respect your privacy and therefore under no circumstances will Neil Research Laboratories release any information held about any of its customers (individual or corporate) for the purposes of supplying to other organizations for marketing goods and services.
